Abstract

As the GEM National Consortium has expanded opportunities to name GEM Fellows, the GEM community of students has and will continue to grow.  In an attempt to understand how GEM can support the students and their work towards graduate STEM degrees this workshop will engage students in a discussion of what they need and want in terms of professional development.  The outcomes of the workshop will inform future GEM programming and provide guidance in enhanced opportunities for networking and personal development towards a professional career in STEM.
