Dianne Engram

Ms. Engram is the Manager of the Equal Opportunity Office at Fermi National Accelerator Laboratory, Batavia Illinois. In this capacity she serves as the Affirmative Action Compliance Officer and the Diversity Manager. She also develops the minority outreach initiatives for the Laboratory and administers three pipeline programs for minority students, to include GEM. She serves as the GEM representative for her Laboratory. Ms. Engram is also Chair of the Employer Advisory Board for the Minority Engineering Recruitment and Retention Program at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Additionally she chairs the Advisory Committee for “Tomorrow’s Scientists, Technicians, and Managers”, an enrichment program of the Quad County Urban League for minority middle and high school students in the western suburbs of Chicago. She is chair of the Chicago Metro Industry Liaison Group, an organization of Federal contractors in the Chicago area that work collaboratively on compliance issues.

Ms. Engram holds a BA from Howard University, Washington, DC and an MA from Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana.
