Ivette Perez-Franco has over 19 yrs experience in Human Resources and Talent Management.  She has held various roles at J&J with global, multi-sector and multi-function responsibilities. She has extensive experience working with Supply Chain organizations in both union and non-union environments, domestically & internationally.  

In her current role, Ivette has Global HR responsibility for Consumer Supply Chain.

Prior to joining J&J in 2000, Ivette held various Manufacturing Operations roles at General Electric and Lockheed Martin.  She also provided consulting services to Georgia Pacific and Frontier Corporation in the areas of Continuous Process Improvement and Organization / Team Development.

Ivette has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering / Operations Research from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a Master in International Business from the University of Miami.
