Powtawche Williams, PhD

As a GEM Fellow, Dr. Powtawche Williams earned a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University.

It was a childhood dream for me to obtain a graduate degree in engineering with an emphasis on space applications. GEM helped me realize my dream.
