AISES GRAD Lab A Success!

GEM continues to reach numerous students through our GRAD Lab initiative! Most recently, GEM held a GRAD Lab event, February 15-17, 2007, at the American Indian Science and Engineering Society (AISES) Conference in Albuquerque, NM. We reached out to over 70 American Indian Students across the country. The sessions had a tremendous impact on the students' perceptions about graduate school, and they had the opportunity to get a definitive plan about how to negotiate the graduate school process. GEM GRAD Labs answer the important questions: Why go to graduate school?, How to apply to graduate school? and How to fund graduate school?
