Each GEM University or Employer member is encouraged to sponsor at least one (1) Student Travel Grant in 2016. Travel grants provide your current undergraduate juniors and seniors, GEM Fellow(s), or non-Fellow under-represented graduate students the opportunity to take advantage of the National GRAD Lab (undergraduates), Future Faculty and Professional Symposium (graduate students), Technical Presentation Competition, and/or Poster Session. GEM’s student programs focus specifically on their unique needs, and support successful matriculation to completion of a graduate STEM degree.
