Natalia Sepulveda joins GEM with more than 10+ years of non-profit experience, focusing on
client relationship management, business development, program development and process
optimization.
Prior to joining GEM, Natalia served as Chief of Staff, for the chairman and founder of
Workforce Opportunity Services (WOS), a nonprofit creating career pathways of individuals of
underrepresented communities through training, mentoring and employment. During her time at
WOS she also held the role of Director of Talent Acquisition.
As Chief of Staff, she managed the launch of the Advanced Certificate in Workforce
Education and Development (WED) at Teachers College in partnership with WOS. She also
established the WED programs’ Industry Advisory Board.
As Director of Talent Acquisition, she was responsible for the design and execution of
recruitment strategies across multiple program offerings, new program implementation and
ultimately talent placement. As part of her role, she worked closely with the client executive
leadership teams during new program launches to ensure program success and create strong
partner relationships.
As part of her charge to make WOS a more efficient organization, Natalia modernized its legacy
asset repository system by rolling out a new digital management system (DAM) which resulted
in the automatization of manual tasks, redundancy reduction, streamline of workflows and
allowed for brand consistency across teams and business lines.
Natalia has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hunter College of the City University of New
York.
She lives in New York City with her husband and French bulldog- Nikko.
