Ron Spears is an Experienced Management Consultant with over 25 years of experience helping Fortune 100 corporations embrace change by delivering Organizational Change Management (OCM), Organization Design & Alignment, COE, ERP, Business Process Reengineering, Post-Merger Integration, Talent Management and Leadership Alignment client projects in several different industries. Facilitated Business and IT-led projects focusing on strategic planning, organizational alignment, leadership development, business application delivery, user adoption and personal/professional development training. Facilitated the design and delivery of business-led projects focusing on organizational design, globalization, post-merger integration, and managed services outsourcing by gaining consensus among leadership strategically and managing organizational alignment structures tactically. Delivered organizational change management projects implementing various ERP solutions (SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft) performing stakeholder analysis, organization & leadership alignment, communication, end user readiness/adoption and training design & development. Delivered projects helping IT departments enable the business with customized applications, OCM center of expertise, CRM and ECM programs and various application migrations into production leveraging an onshore/ offshore delivery model and sustainable business user involvement approach. Ron Spears is also a Detroit-based spoken word artist and storyteller. The Sankofa documentary is a collection of his many years of writing, traveling the world and making a difference. It includes his poetry as well as his experience as the chief teacher for an African Rites of Passage academy where he took boys and girls from Detroit to West Africa each yearfor a traditional manhood and womanhood ritual. Ron is also a Trustee at his church and is the charge of mission work in Africa and the Vice Chairman of the men’s ministry. He is also a husband and father to 2 adult kids.
