I decided to serve as GEM Alumni Association Vice President because I believe everyone, regardless of background, deserves an opportunity at a quality education. The Consortium was able to provide that to me and now it is my obligation to pay it forward. I will work with Association Board Members along with Consortium leadership to bring alumni back into the fold and increase employer membership.
