Stacey MacNeil is the chief communications officer at Lam Research, responsible for branding; media relations; global employee communications; corporate and digital marketing; environmental, social, and governance; and community engagement. Prior to joining Lam Research, Ms. MacNeil served as chief communications officer at Collins Aerospace from December 2018 to April 2020. Before that, she was vice president of communications at UTC Aerospace Systems from November 2015 to November 2018. From January 2005 to October 2015, she held a variety of positions at Hewlett-Packard Co., including vice president of Employee Communications. She began her professional career in radio and television broadcasting, followed by several years in the telecom industry, holding leadership positions in corporate brand strategy, advertising and marketing; product management, market research and strategic planning; and media and analyst relations. Ms. MacNeil earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Saint Mary’s University (Halifax, Nova Scotia).
