• Current Undergraduate Students (GRAD Lab) – Potential GEM Fellows will learn about the
  benefits of graduate school in the STEM fields and the many career options.
• Current graduate students and GEM Fellows – Current GEM Fellows will explore their
  futures in STEM and meet leading academia, entrepreneurs, and employers in the STEM
  fields.
• GEM Alumni – Members of our 5,000-person GEM Alumni Association (GAA) will connect
  with their peers, as well as provide mentorship for current and future GEM Fellows.
• University & Employer Representatives – University and Employer representatives will
  gain perspective on the organizational benefits of sponsoring or hiring GEM Fellows and the
  many innovative programs offered to our Fellows.
• Universities will find synergy in our common goal to support the mission of expanding
  the scientific pool to include strong merit based scholars.
• Employers that recognize and embrace the value of scientific thought AND culture

  GEM Consortium.
